I normally post hockey/Leafs-related stuff on my Leafs blog, but this was too good to pass up. Click on the link and read on; I am considering following suit based on the crap I've had to put with so far this season...
Selling your allegiance for $25 ain't nothing. Someone in the States did the same thing for the NFL. He didn't even say what team he cheered for before, but put it up for $100 on ebay and said he'd cheer for whatever the winning bidder asked for, including a bunch of stuff he'd do, like buy merch., take pictures of him watching the team's game, etc.
As for you Bingman... DON'T DO IT! I've said it once... I will say it again... You are the epitome of a true fan. You bleed blue and white and aren't blind to the teams mediocrity!
Usually I don't advise people to cheer for my most hated team.... but our relationship would suffer far too much if you gave up!
