"the snow drives back the foot that's slow..."

It is really coming down out here in London. This is what I expected all along: sub-zero temperatures, snowsquall warnings on the Weather Network, huge dumps of the white stuff, and me cuddled up with my wife watching the whole thing transpire! It's pretty ugly out there right now, but supposed to be better tomorrow (that's what they always say!)--Caitlin will get to experience it before me because she has to work at 6:00 tomorrow morning. I have my last day of classes tomorrow and then I am off for a month, which is going to be sweet! I can't wait for the Kingsleys to get out here so the party can begin...

Oh yeah, listened to 'Amnesiac' by Radiohead tonight. I forgot how much I enjoy that album--"Pyramid Song" is a beaut! It made up for the fact that the Leafs blew yet another third period lead, this time to the Bruins (which will make the Deet happy) which makes it 6 losses in a row!! Caitlin says that God made me a Leafs fan to teach me patience and humility--I am beginning to see her point...

dude! i was watching the weather channel with pure glee last night and thinking of you two. there was this big white box over the whole region, but London got its own special green section!! don't worry, when we show up (which is only a week and a bit now) we'll help dig you out!

and lookout, cos the kingsley-bingham christmas is gonna rock the forest city like never before.

What was that... did you hear something?

Did Matty just admit defeat to the lowly Boston Bruins (and therefore to me)?

Yes, I think that's what we heard.

Although still too early to predict, the Bruins have been charging hard lately and have taken over the 8th playoff spot from the Leafs (the Leafs actually have 30 points but are 4 games up on Boston, so lets just be reasonable here).

The season series will soon be locked in Boston's favour as well as they just keep beating up on the Leafs.

Too bad Matty.
