and all was silent...
By my watch it is 4:26 a.m. and I finally finished one of my biggest (and toughest, not to mention dumbest) assignments of the semester, which is due in four and a half hours. It has been many years since I was up this late, especially to work on an assignment, and I am amazed at how peaceful it is. All I hear is the sound of the fridge and occasionally the sound of our humidifier bubbling in the bedroom as Caitlin sleeps peacefully, waiting for me to come to bed. Just a couple more weeks of school and I will be done my first of three semesters necessary to obtain my Masters degree. I must admit it feels pretty good and, for the most part, I have achieved reasonably highly compared to what I was expecting. I find this especially laudable (pat myself on the back) considering the constant stream of stuff they have thrown at me, not to mention some of the crappy stuff that has happened outside of school since Caitlin and I arrived in Ontario. Anyways, I am off to brush my teeth and jump into bed to catch three and a half hours sleep before getting up to drag myself to school for my 9:00 a.m. class! Cheers, y'all!

Oops. I meant to leave that one anonymous. I do however claim this one in its entirety. You sissy girly man!!! 4:26 a.m.( thanks for the clarification) is not late. I haven't slept for 9 days and I feel fantastic. BUTTER NUTS!!! My dad just came home. I gotta go.
Three cheers for Matty!
I am proud to call you friend and I'm so excited you are 1/3 done for your Masters. It feels good when it moves fast eh?
Keep on working hard and we'll all get to see you soo.
God bless my friend.
And all has been silent here too.
I think I can speak for everyone when I say:
"Where is our Matty!"
Let the school end and the vacation begin.
