in complete disarray

To say that I am unhappy with my favourite hockey team would be a slight understatement! The Leafs were handed a 5-1 ass kickin' at the hands of the Montreal Canadiens last night in their most important game of the season. Due to stupid decisions, miscommunication between coaching and the management, hit-and-miss goaltending, and a laughably poor defence, the Leafs have become the biggest joke in the NHL and it breaks my heart. Legitimately, there have been many injuries that have contributed to their tribulations, but they have played crappily anyway rather than pulling up their socks to compensate for players being out.

I am continually amazed at how poor the decision making process in Leaf-land has been (a history of this pervades the Leaf organization) this season, especially with the roster. As a result, they are closer to 13th place Boston than to 8th place Atlanta and it is not looking good for the playoffs. If, by some sort of miracle, the Buds do make the playoffs they most likely won't get far on the back of inexperienced netminder Mikael Tellqvist and a defence that has more holes in it than a collander. Now that I am moving to London (a couple hours down the road from Toronto) I am praying that the organization cleans things up while they're on the golf course this summer so that it may be worth it for me to catch a game or two at the ACC next season. It sucks to be in love with a team that is bound to break my heart...

Bing you're moving to London? When did this decision happen? Last I talked to Caitlin, you two seemed set on Dal. What makes you pick London Ont. over the gorgeous East coast??
