a classic moment today
I had a patron come up to me first thing this morning at the desk and ask me "do you work here?" I replied that I did, he squinted at my name tag (M. Bingham, Librarian) and then said, "you look like you should be in high school; you can't work here!" He then asked my age and when I told him he looked gobsmacked! Definitely a cool moment and proof that perhaps my gray hair isn't as obvious as I thought...

I don't blame the man. Matt when you're clean shaven, you don't look more than 12.
while i'm sure he acts a bit more "professional" when he's on the clock, i'd say he's doesn't act much more than 12 either. 13 maybe...depends on the sugar intake.
