Here's a gem of a quote from the inimitable Andrew Joseph Renton in response to my ongoing weight gain:
"Drink less beer and have less cheer. Drink more beer and the end is near!"
Ponder that one folks...while I go grab another brew.

Thought of another variation:
Drinking less beer means Matt's having less cheer.
Drinking more beer marks the end of Matt's skinny white rear!
