where's the wave!?

When I am driving and someone lets me in to the flow of traffic, I always give the courtesy wave (and smile if possible) to thank the person. I have been noticing that the practice of waving is becoming a lost art and I am not pleased about it. I let some lady in today and she just turned her back on me without a thought to giving me the courtesy wave. At the risk of sounding Seinfeld-esque, this is a travesty! What's even worse when you are driving a bus and people refuse to let YOU in, instead choosing to ignore you completely. I am calling for more respect and thoughtfulness on Victoria's roads. Let's bring the courtesy wave back into style again!
