musings on the weather
I am continually amazed at how a beautiful, sunny day always makes my day so much better. Weather has such a profound effect on our moods and I am so glad that summer is on its way because it is by far my favourite time of year here in Victoria. That may change when I move to London, where I hear that the summers are as hot as hell and that I am going to have to buy a bunch of fans in order to keep my body temperature at a manageable level. I realize, now that I am moving, that I am must really enjoy life in Victoria because when I leave it may be permanant. We must never take for granted that we live in an amazing city...

yeah dog - the forest city is HOT, HAZY, and HUMID. get read for the three h's my friend - cos you're gonna bake! but it's good. makes a great excuse for siesta's and there's nothing better than warm nights...
yah, i concur w/ jimmyk ... i was going to substitute hot as hell with humid ... but then, i moved from London to Colorado and then to Victoria, so ... ?
i don't get his 'nothing better than warm nights' though. in january maybe!
